60 minute session is $125
90 minute session is $187
My signature massage is a mixture of relaxing and therapeutic techniques. It starts with full body compressions thru a drape to get you to breath & relax. Will then work on your skin softly and go progressively deeper as you breath and your muscles relax. I will ask for your feedback so you get the level of pressure you want. I will mix in various modalities including hot stones and moist hot towels to enhance the experience. Focus areas can always get extra attention as requested. Only areas of the body that are being worked on will be exposed, to maintain modesty and comfort. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.
My Orthopedic massage is primarily myofascial release, neuromuscular, and trigger point techniques using no oils or lotions.
